👤 Alexis Herrmann – Founder & Managing Partner

A corporate finance expert with over 30 years of experience and a strong entrepreneurial background.
He began his career at Paribas and Arthur Andersen, before founding a fintech company sold to a UK listed group. Alexis has then held senior positions in various tech companies, as in the bank industry by joining Natixis Group as Head of Small/Mid M&A and 1875 Finance, a major Swiss family office,  as head of the private equity practice,
Alexis currently holds directorships positions in various companies, where he advises CEO and shareholders.

Alexis is a graduate of Neoma Business School, chartered accoutant and is a reserve officer in the French Navy.
